Beauty Starts From the Inside Out----An Apple A Day will Keep Acne Away

:)  Gorgeous clear skin first starts with the inside. Not only do you need to have self confidence, you also need to make better lifestyle choices to enhance your skin. This is very important for those who have acne, and also do not eat healthy. What you eat unfortunately can be seen through your skin and body. This is one of the most important steps in having clear and radiant skin--eat healthy. Fruits and vegetables are filled with antioxidants which are must haves for beautiful skin. Antioxidants stimulate your skin cells and allows new skin cells to form ridding you of blemishes and etc. I personally eat so many fruits and vegetables for this reason, and it has made a difference. You aren't just benefitting your skin ,but your whole body. There is nothing here to lose. Substitute chips for fruits, and soda for water. Chips, pizza, candy and the other various junk food may seem satisfying for the moment, but they arent satysfying your skin. I see people at my school with cystic acne, or worse, but yet they are chowing down on pizza and skittles with a side of pepsi. When will they learn. It may be hard to rid yourself of these yummy foods but in the long run you will be so much happier. Hey, I never said clear skin was easy to maintain, its hard work.

Uggggh Acne!!

Acne,Acne, Acne. We all hate it and all get it. Some have more than others, and some are blessed without it. Trust me, I know th struggles of acne because for the past year I have had it on and off, nothing severe thank God. I think the worst part of having acne is your self esteem. You feel ugly and disgusting, and unwanted. The truth is that about 9 out of 10 people have acne or have had it. Don't feel ashamed because your going threw it, YOUR NOT ALONE. If you are in your teen years its extremely normal. Your hormones are creating this, along with your lifestyle habits. I even have a new helpful lifestyle plan for you if you struggle with acne. Acne is completely controllable. With my guaranteed plan your acne will definetly reduce and eventually clear up. I know everyones acne and skin is different but my plan is pretty much universal for every skin type, boy or girl.

Let me introduce my self...They call me Ella

Hey :)
Silly me, I forgot to introduce myself in the previous post. How rude. I'm Gabriella but everyone calls me Ella and I'm 17 and I live in the beautiful state of Flo Rida. I love makeup, beauty, and fashion. I am graduating this year and I'm scared :( . I'm an average teen with a past and hopefully a future. My goal is to be happy and make  friends. Happiness is the key to greatness. I have a down to earth personality, outgoing, and caring and most importantly REAL. I intend to write a blog every other day if able, and if I have followers (hehe). My upcoming posts will be about acne and skin care regimen.

MY INTENT

 Hola

Like they say everyday, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. To me, beauty is within and determined by ourselves. I know there are millions and trillions of blogs, and Youtube videos discussing makeup, beauty, skincare and other interesting topics. And what makes my blog special or different from any of those . That is a good question, let me answer. Unlike many other bloggers and Youtube gurus I am honest and a genuine person. I love teaching and expressing my views about things, especially beauty. I just want to give my insight about beauty and products, and especially "skin care". I may also talk about some other personal issues that are not related but are relevant to some, especially teenagers. This should be a homely ( don't know if that is a word, lol) and comforting environment. We can share advice and learn together. :)
